Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from KALP Enterprise ("KALP", "we"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to place an order. Keep your sign-in details private — you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once at connect@kalpenterprise.in if you think someone else has used it.

Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown at checkout along with the shipping charge.
• Orders are paid online at checkout.
• An order is confirmed once we accept it. We may cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error — and we'll let you know if we do.
• Product photos are for illustration; natural products can vary slightly in colour and fragrance.

Gift pack enquiries

A gift pack enquiry is a request, not an order. Quantities, pricing and delivery dates are confirmed only when our team contacts you and you agree to them.

Shipping and delivery

We ship anywhere in India. Delivery dates are estimates; see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for charges and timelines.

Returns, replacements and refunds

Because our products are consumable devotional items, we don't accept returns. You can cancel an order before the order is dispatched. Replacements are offered only in exceptional, verified cases (such as an item damaged in transit or the wrong item delivered) reported within 2 days of delivery, and refunds go back to your original payment method. Using our products safely

Dhoop, agarbatti and similar products involve fire and smoke. Burn them on a heat-safe holder in a ventilated space, never leave them unattended, and keep them away from children, pets and flammable materials.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
