Privacy Policy

KALP Enterprise ("KALP", "we") runs this website to sell dhoop, agarbatti and pooja essentials. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and, if you add it, phone number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google — nothing else from your Google account.
• Order details: delivery and billing addresses, phone number, the products you order and order notes.
• Saved addresses you choose to keep in your account.
• Gift pack enquiries: the occasion, dates, products and contact details you send.
• Passwords are stored only in a securely hashed form; we can't see them. One-time sign-in codes are also stored hashed and expire after 10 minutes.

Online payments are handled by Razorpay, a regulated payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details; we only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To process, deliver and support your orders, and to email you order updates.
• To reply to gift pack enquiries and other messages.

We don't sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the store, for these purposes:

• Delivery partners — your name, phone and address, to deliver your order.
• Vercel (website hosting) and Neon (database), where our site and data are stored.
• Google — for "Sign in with Google", and Gmail, which sends our emails.
• Telegram — our team receives new-order alerts, including order and delivery details, there.

We may also share information where the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember your cart. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is open, and order records for as long as we need them for deliveries, customer support, and accounting and tax requirements.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your name, phone and saved addresses from your account. To access, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account, email us at connect@kalpenterprise.in. We'll respond within a reasonable time, as required by applicable Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
